Dr. Jannat has a PhD in Learning Behaviors and Beliefs from University of Nottingham. She also has 10 years of experience as Dean for Student Affairs at the Effat University, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Jannat is the Founder & CEO of lbaacademy Social Entrepreneurship. This academy is committed to introducing a new level of business training in Saudi Arabia; one that is designed to empower the youth with the language, knowledge, and skills needed for a global market.

Nigel has over 20 years’ experience in the learning and development sector. In that time he has developed a strong background in both establishing and growing solutions through leading training organisations. As a business leader Nigel is experienced at both strategic and operational levels of leading a business. He prides himself on his ability to develop a strong team around him as he grows the business, while balancing the needs of the team and the organisation to achieve its objectives.

He brings with him a broad range of experience of different clients so can quickly understand their needs and offer effective solutions to them, tailored for their organisation. He incorporates world class solutions and innovative ideas that add value to the learners, while ensuring that the training is effectively transferred into the workplace. To meet this his approach is to ensure that the right trainers are selected to align to the needs for the client and topic, and programme content is aligned to business needs. This is supported by adopting a process of analysing, consulting, defining, evaluating, and refining content and delivery. As an Altruist Nigel has a deep commitment to delivering training that makes a difference to participants.

He is also committed to CPD completing an MA in HRM in 2013, in December 2015 he completed the ORSC Course (Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching), and in October 2016 completed a 12-month part time Programme – The Scaling Up Club – based on the Gazelles Business Coaching principles with Mike Hoff Consulting. He is also a qualified CM (Certified Manager), EQi 2.0 & EQ360 qualified, and an IMX Consultant to conduct Psychometric tools that cover a combination of DISC, 7 Values/Motivators, & Attributes Index. He is also one of the few Certified CLS Situational Leadership Trainers licensed in the Region.
